Just acquired and I turned it on and it works. It will need a new 9 volt battery. Horse is used and in good condition for age/use. The horse makes neighing sounds and the clip clop or clippity cloppity noise (hence the name "Clip Clop") which goes slow as the child rocks slow and faster as the child rides faster. Great for entertaining the little ones.
