Unusual Vintage 1960s Abstract Resin Horse Sculpture Mid Century Modern Rare

  
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a unique and rare vintage resin sculpture of a horse. It looks like it was attached to a plinth at one point in time.

Unsigned insofar as we've been able to detect. A great addition to any modern interior setting! 7.5" tall x 13" wide (measured from the tip of the tail to the front of the head) x 2 deep. Condition: The sculpture is in very good condition - there are no chips, cracks, repairs, etc. It could benefit from a gentle cleaning as there are some minor light surface blemishes.

As mentioned above, it looks like it was attached by its feet to some sort of base at one point in time, and it was either removed or it broke off. There appears to be a very small nick in the material at the front side of the front foot (see photo) - at first we didn't notice it, but it is there. It's barely noticeable, but is being mentioned for accuracy. A new base can easily be made to re-attach it to something so that it can stand on its own.

In its current state, it cannot stand on its own without there being a base to support it. Either way, it displays nicely and is ready for a new home.
