It was also the first date spot for Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart! Lovely horseshoe shape with The "21" Club's iconic "21" logo. Back of piece has clip to hold cash and clips right to belt/waist. Made of a very solid silver metal-possibly sterling silver.
